Jennifer Aniston Spent $14.8 Million to Acquire Oprah Winfrey's Farm in Montecito.
According to Dirt, Oprah Winfrey, an ego media mogul and icon in her own right, recently sold her sprawling, Mediterranean-style Montecito mansion to fellow A-lister Jennifer Aniston for $14.8 million. This sale is the most high-profile real estate deal yet to take place in the celebrity-filled coastal town, where other notable buyers and sellers include Ellen Degeneres and Ariana Grande.
Winfrey paid $10.5 million for the roughly one-acre estate that she and her family now call home last year. Although the specifics of the private sales are sketchy at best, it appears that the former talk show host split the property in two, selling a Jennifer aniston the Mediterranean-style main house and giving her trainer and building manager, Jack Greene, the two cottage houses. The last item fetched $2.3 million at auction, bringing the total sale price of the compound to around $17 million, or $6.5 million more than Winfrey paid for it just last year.

If I weren't an actress, I'd love to work in fashion. The actor will undoubtedly add her design touches even if she moves into a completely empty house. During a tour of her stylish 1965-built Bel Air mansion in 2018, Aniston told AD, "I like the process." She bought the property in 2012 and still retains it to this day.
Winfrey still holds title to many other properties, including her primary residence, a 20,000-square-foot mansion on a 66-acre estate called "Promised Land," also in Montecito.
