Kaley Cuoco Wore a Mini Dress to the Emmys and Showed Off Her New Boyfriend and Hot Legs


Last night's 2022 Emmy Awards were notable for more than just Kaley Cuoco's red carpet debut with her new boyfriend.

The 36-year-old actress turned heads in a high-low minidress that showed off her extremely toned legs.

Kaley is an avid exerciser who finds that eating fish like tuna and salmon helps her perform better.

Regarding red carpet attire, Kaley Cuoco always delivers, and she didn't let anyone down at last night's Emmys. The actress from "Flight Attendant" wore a custom Dolce & Gabbana dress that revealed her incredibly toned legs.

Kaley only showed a glimpse of the dress in her Stories, but her stylist Brad Goreski shared a stunning photo that is essentially all legs. And everyone went into a full-on panic.

"Ballerina Barbie. #nailedit," one user commented. Another user exclaimed, "This is everything."

Congratulation to the happy couple! Kaley, whose new boyfriend is Ozark star Tom Pelphrey, also made his red carpet debut with her last night. BTW, he made a quick cameo in her Instagram Stories.

Kaley had also made it very clear that she takes her fitness seriously. The star frequently updates Instagram with photos and videos from her training sessions with trainer Ryan Sorensen. Also, to say that Kaley doesn't show any fear while performing extremely difficult moves would be an understatement.

Last year, Kaley uploaded a series of videos showing her working out at 6:30 in the morning by doing ab exercises with a medicine ball and then running on the treadmill. After that, Kaley did medicine ball twists while seated, bicycle crunches, planks on a bench, and single-leg squats. Kaley complained jokingly about how much she hated exercising so early.

Kaley has also shown off her medicine ball slam skills and platform dancing prowess in short clips she has posted online.

Kaley posted an Instagram photo earlier this summer showing her and a friend (under Sorenson's guidance) engaging in core work with a foam roller.
Kaley, needless to say, loads up on nutritious foods before hitting the gym. The actress has been quoted in Women's Health as saying that she begins each day with a cup of coffee (extra-hot oat milk latte) and peanut butter on sourdough toast. She takes peanut butter and a toaster everywhere she goes so she can always have her favourite breakfast.

Tuna is a staple of the average lunch, whether in a salad, a wrap, or a snack with chips. Like, I'm obsessed with tuna, Kaley said.

A Luna bar, smoothie, rice cake, apple with peanut butter, or a pear, her "favourite fruit in the whole world," are some of her go-to light snacks.



She develops a taste for grilled salmon, baked potatoes, and vegetables by the time dinner rolls around. Kaley has revealed that salmon is her preferred food.
