Princesses Meghan and Harry's new next-door neighbour will be Jennifer Aniston.


 Jennifer Aniston has purchased the four-bedroom farmhouse in Monectico, California, previously owned by Oprah Winfrey and neighbour to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

As previously reported, the Friends alum paid $14.8 million for the mansion, which Winfrey had purchased for $10.5 million in early 2021.

One of the most celebrity-studded areas of California is home to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

In addition to Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, and Ellen DeGeneres, many other well-known celebrities in the entertainment industry have homes in the neighbourhood.

After purchasing it a year ago, Winfrey reportedly sold the two smaller cottages on the 2.1-acre property to Bob Greene for $2.3 million.

Meanwhile, Aniston is known to take great pleasure in decorating, so the mansion will likely receive some of the actor's signature touches.


"A fashion designer is the career choice I would have chosen if I weren't an actress. In general, I enjoy the procedure. "In 2018, Aniston shared her thoughts on the subject with Architects Digest.
